WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU

I offer copy editing and line editing services for self-publishing authors and small businesses. I focus primarily on fiction, but I also write and edit non-fiction content such as articles, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases. 

WHY I DO IT

My lifelong love for the written word has inspired me to collaborate with authors during their publishing journey. I don't mind pointing out grammar rules when necessary, and I also know that it's acceptable to break those rules sometimes. It's not enough to love reading to be an effective editor. Reading is passive, while good editing requires working as a team to tell the writer's story (nearly!) perfectly.

As you prepare to introduce your labor of love to the world, I will work with you on issues of clarity and flow, in addition to basic grammar and syntax corrections. My goal is to enhance and polish your writing, while purposefully retaining your unique voice.
